Bright Futures Project

 Bright Futures is an exciting 6-week programme designed for young people aged 14–18. Each session combines:

• 30 minutes of physical activity (martial arts, gym training, tennis or circuits) to boost wellbeing, fitness and confidence.
• 1 hour of life-skills workshops covering financial literacy, CV writing, personal branding, interview preparation and teamwork.
• 30 minutes of Q&A and inspiration with local business leaders and professionals, giving young people direct access to role models who can raise aspirations.
   

The programme supports 15–20 young people per block, helping them to build resilience, improve their future employability, and feel more confident about their next steps in education, training or work.
