In many cases, yes. Some schools have accessed part-funding through LA inclusion grants, Pupil Premium, or AP funds. As a registered CIC, we are happy to support your application.
Before any mediation, we always speak with key staff, the student, and their caregivers (separately) to assess readiness and make sure it feels safe and appropriate for everyone involved.
We understand that mediation can bring up difficult emotions, and sometimes people may change their minds partway through. We'll always handle that with care and understanding. Once the mediation process has begun, we are unable to offer refunds.
This is because time, preparation, and facilitation work will already have been committed to supporting all parties involved.
